    Since it’s happening across multiple devices, it’s likely a machine/OS setting issue rather than the hardware itself. Windows’ ‘USB selective suspend’ might be the culprit—it often cuts power to USB ports automatically to save energy, which might stop keyboards from connecting.

    Also, if you connect your keyboards via M-Track (using MIDI to MIDI cables), you might want to try a cheap MIDI-to-USB cable to connect the keyboard directly to your PC, bypassing the M-Track. It’s a low-cost way to isolate the problem and see if the interface is the bottleneck.

    Personally I don’t trust M-Audio…MOTU is my fav😇
